Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. Just like all of us, your local deliverer also needs a break at some point.

Warranty & Satisfaction Promise

Test your pamo. for 100 days. If you find that the two of you are not a perfect match, just send it back. Considering the environmental aspect we ask you to pack the individual parts safely so that nothing has to be thrown away afterwards!

In case of damaged parts due to insufficient packaging, we unfortunately have to deduct the damage from the amount to be refunded. Thank you for your understanding!

Please write us a message to register your return with us, including the order number.

Our support will create a return label and send it to you. Please include a small letter with your order number, then we can process your return faster. Stick the return label on the parcel you want to return and bring your parcel to post office.

The return shipping costs are paid by the buyer and can not be refunded by pamo. As soon as the return has arrived, the amount will be transferred to the original payment method.

One of my parts is broken, do I have to send everything back or can I exchange only this part?

Of course this should not be the case. Please send us an email at support@pamo-design.com with your order number and some photos of the broken part. Together we will surely find a solution!

• Question: What is the pamo. satisfaction promise?
We know that every home is different – That is why we give you 100 days to find out if the gold rack is the right wardrobe for you. If not, you can just send it back to us – Once the gold wardrobe rack is back in our warehouse, we will automatically refund you the full purchase price.

• Question: When will the gold rack or other products be available again?
We try to keep our products in stock at all times, but if the gold rack takes longer to get back in stock, you can sign up for a notification on the product page. As soon as the KIM I Gold is available again, you will receive an email from us.

• Question: Can I combine the gold rack with different styles?
The special golden color of the gold wardrobe rack adds a little glamourous flair to any room it is used in and can be combined with different furniture for additional storage possibilities. You can for example add a shoe rack or a chest of drawers underneath the crossbar.
