How do I find out the status of my order?
You will have received an email from us with a tracking number attached. You can enter this in the carrier page under “Shipment tracking” and see where your order is. If there are any problems, please contact our support team!

Something is missing from my order.
Nobody is perfect. The clothes rails are packed by hand, so sometimes a part may be missing. If this is the case, please accept our apologies! Just send us a short message with a description of the missing part. We will send you the missing part immediately!
