Warranty & Satisfaction Promise

Test your pamo. for 100 days. If you find that the two of you are not a perfect match, just send it back. Considering the environmental aspect we ask you to pack the individual parts safely so that nothing has to be thrown away afterwards!

In case of damaged parts due to insufficient packaging, we unfortunately have to deduct the damage from the amount to be refunded. Thank you for your understanding!

Please write us a message to register your return with us, including the order number.

Our support will create a return label and send it to you. Please include a small letter with your order number, then we can process your return faster. Stick the return label on the parcel you want to return and bring your parcel to post office.

The return shipping costs are paid by the buyer and can not be refunded by pamo. As soon as the return has arrived, the amount will be transferred to the original payment method.

 

One of my parts is broken, do I have to send everything back or can I exchange only this part?

Of course this should not be the case. Please send us an email at support@pamo-design.com with your order number and some photos of the broken part. Together we will surely find a solution!
