We will provide you with a return label. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase price (minus return shipping) to your original payment method.

As we also want to consider the environmental aspect, we kindly ask you to pack the individual parts carefully so that nothing has to be thrown away afterwards. In case of damaged parts due to insufficient packaging, we unfortunately have to deduct the corresponding amount from the refund.
